The DX700LC is designed for demanding applications including heavy-duty mining and quarrying, major infrastructure construction projects and mass excavation work.
The long carriage (LC) design, along with the fully expanded undercarriage, offers optimum performance in all kinds of digging, lifting and loading applications. With its high swing torque, the DX700LC provides excellent cycles times resulting in superior productivity.
The 6-cylinder common rail diesel engine features a high-pressure fuel injection system with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) with inter-cooler to improve efficiency. It complies with U.S. EPA Tier 3 emissions regulations.*
The machine minimizes fuel consumption and maximizes performance through the Electronic Power Optimizing System (EPOS). It synchronizes the engine and hydraulic system through a data transfer link connected to the engine's electronic control unit.
With various power modes, you'll achieve optimum power and efficiency in all operating conditions. Choose from:

• Power mode for heavy-duty digging and loading
• Standard mode for general use and breaker operation
• Economy mode for medium-duty digging and loading
• Lifting mode for moving pipes or beams

The operator's cab is spacious, quiet and comfortable, with ergonomic controls and helpful instrumentation. The multi-point adjustable seat accommodates any operator. In addition, the DX700LC is designed to keep machine noise levels as low as possible to reduce operator fatigue.
Similar to the entire Doosan lineup, the DX700LC offers convenient maintenance and extended engine service intervals. Wide side access doors allow easy access to radiators and coolers. The large capacity engine air precleaner extends cartridge service life, while duel fuel precleaners remove fuel moisture for smooth engine operation. Using the PC monitoring function, several machine parameters may be checked during maintenance.
